Comments: Born and raised on the island of Guam, where, much like the aloha spirit in Hawaii, one important value shared is to treat everyone like family. Because of the diverse culture on Guam and Hawaii, one of Aileen's major assets is being able to work with different people. Aileen attended Chaminade University of Honolulu where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and continued to pursue a Master’s Degree in the same field. She has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. Since her early childhood years, while helping her parents who own a high-end retail store, she has developed Japanese and Filipino language skills. These skills are also valuable assets as well. Aileen is keen on personal development and understands the importance of knowledge. She has earned the designation to be an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Graduate Realtor Institute.
